Hey Friends! Welcome back to my little corner of the internet. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Ours was full of relaxing and getting things done around our house in preparation for my shower next weekend. My hubby & I ran a few errands and I bought a few random things; books and make up mostly. As I was gathering them to take a quick pic for Instagram the inspiration hit me to start a new series on Peaches and Willow where I share the things I found over the weekend that I love and if there are any deals on them that I know of currently. Somethings will be local sales and even small local shops but i'll link up whatever I can and share with you. I'll probably even share things I'm loving such as new songs I found or articles I read.

Mondays are hard but I want to make them a little more happy by sharing these things with you all so I hope you all enjoy this series.

Favorite Spring Lip Sticks + Moisturizing Products

Hello there. Happy Monday. This weekend was full of family, friends, food, and lots of laughter for me and my family. We celebrated birthdays with some friends and my husband and I ended the weekend by curling up watching The Walking Dead with a glass of wine. It was a wonderful weekend, the low key kind that fills my soul up and makes me ready for the week ahead. Raise your hand if you're happy about the extra hour of daylight we got over the weekend. My hand is raised the highest because daylight is something else that feels my soul up. I live for sunny, warm days.

One of my goals for this new year is to find ways to save money and cut back on trips to the store. I feel like I live my life at the grocery store and Target buying food and all the bath and beauty essentials. Sometimes it can be fun but mostly it's one of those mundane chores that gets old after a while. I'm so much of a homebody that I have considered starting to use a delivery service for most of my shopping and honestly, that's something that my husband and I will probably start doing before long but for now, I have found one way to cut back on trips to the store and save on one thing we use all the time; razors and shaving products.

Skin care is a vital part of our well being. I know my mama and my skin care lady will not be happy to hear this but I have not been keeping up my skin care routine like I should that's why i've joined together with my friend Kayla from Polished and Bubbly for this challenge.

Favorite Beauty Products Vol. 1

Happy Wednesday Dolls (and guys, if you're out there). I hope you're all having a wonderful day. It's a sunny, beautiful day here. The kind that just fills my heart and soul with such happiness and inspiration and makes me feel all kinds of beautiful.

Winter can be such a downer when it's so cold, dark and gloomy all the time. Can you tell us a little about yourself?

I'm Carrie Willard. I'm a wife, mom of 7 (ages 2-19), homeschooler, blogger and SeneGence/LipSense distributor.



What inspired you to become a part of the Lipsense community and become fabulous sales lady for the company?
It was when I saw my upline, Anna Newell Jones, post about her new car! She had earned it in less than 4 months working the business part time. I am currently without a car due to a series of unfortunate events - we've literally had to donate two of our cars to charity in the last 3 months! That car got my attention.

My mom was a Tupperware lady for years, and we drove a Tupperware wagon when I was a kid. I remember going to parties with her and watching her build a team. I knew the business model worked, I had just never found a product I could get excited about until LipSense.



What does the Lipsense company stand for and what does it mean to you?
LipSense was founded by a woman who had a passion for direct sales. She was a leader in Mary Kay, but wanted to create a product line that contained botanical ingredients and that had a better compensation plan. SeneGence was the result. I love the company culture. SeneGence discourages pushiness and "salesy" tactics. Most of the distributors mirror the founder's chill, no-pressure vibe. There is also an amazing "SeneSisterhood" that exists in the company, the likes of which I've never seen. The support from other distributors, who share marketing advice, training and even graphics - though they don't benefit at all from my efforts - is amazing.



What makes you most excited about selling Lipsense?
The fact that LipSense is so awesome! It is a Wow product. When women see it, they want it! It sells so well that the company has trouble keeping any colors in stock at the moment. The company experienced 2000% percent growth in 2016. Yes, that's 2000% percent.

I have customers who only received their first product one week ago who are already buying their second, third, fourth and FIFTH color from me. Unbelievable.



If you could only use product from Lipsense for the rest of your life, which product would it be? Why?
LipSense! I'm a total lipstick addict and used to have to re-apply lipstick 6-8 times a day. I also had a bad habit of chewing my mouth and my lips were chronically chapped - so badly, that I constantly applied lip balm and had one in my pocket at all times. With LipSense, my lips are healing and I only have to apply my lip color once a day in the morning - and I can kiss my babies and teenage sons and husband and not get lipstick on them!


What is your favorite thing about the Lipsense, as a whole?
How easily it sells. I've been in direct sales before, and selling product was so hard! With LipSense demos, I easily sell $450-$650 of product in an hours.

Do you host parties? If so can you tell our readers about how those work?
Yes. I do in-home and Facebook parties. I prefer the latter. Nobody has to clean their house or even put shoes on! And you can invite friends who live far away. The potential for more sales (and greater hostess benefits) is much better. And Facebook Live is so fun! We get the same intimate feeling without the same pressure to clean house and play hostess.

To book a party, just contact me and let's set a date. I set up the Facebook page for your party and all you do is invite people. For the days leading up to the party, I post info about LipSense, including live videos, to introduce people to the product. You come in at the party time to interact with your friends. And I do fun giveaways. Because the party page is up for several days, people can stop by and browse and order for a longer period (greater hostess freebies for you!), and they aren't limited by a set time and place. So easy!

Nail polish is one of my favorite essentials. I'm obsessed with it. In fact, I have two plastic bins full of all the pretty colors but can't seem to stop buying more. Lately i've been really loving the neutrals so I knew I had to snag the rude nudes #2 minis from Trust Fund Beauty.

Not only are they such pretty, light, feminine colors; they last so long, too. I wear them for a week with minimal chipping and that's a huge win for me because my nails usually chip within two days of me painting them.

Spring Time Essentials

It's officially spring time and my heart couldn't be any happier. I just love this time of year. The weather is warm, the sun is shining and it means we're outside a lot. There's nothing better than lazy days spent on my front porch, long chats with my sweet neighbor outside, grilling out with my husband and family corn hole games that last all evening. Days seem slower this time of year.

If you saw my Blogger Bliss post over on my sweet friend, Mistle from Sweet Tea Hydrangeas then you'll know what some of my must haves for spring are but, in case you missed it, I thought i'd share them with you on Peaches and Willow.

Spring time means Jeep time. Jeep hair don't care but give me a glittery, monogrammed ball cap and I can still look girly and fashionable while keeping my hair under control.

I've always got my Perk! Skin Stick from Perfectly Posh with me because the pollen is killer this time of year and I always get headaches but it's too nice to stay inside. Perk! helps combat those pesky headaches so I can enjoy being outside.

A good book for sitting on the front porch our out by the pool is essential and cute earrings are always a must have. I'm in love with tassels and beaded statement earrings right now. These from Target for $9.99 are my favorites but I'm swooning over these//these//these//and these.

Sunscreen is a no brainer. Self Care Routine with Vitabath

This week has been one of those trying weeks for me. As soon as my eyes open in the morning I begin thinking of all the things that are bringing me stress. I'm filled with worry and anxiety and because of this I feel frazzled and at a loss for concentration. I feel like i've hit a wall. Give me all the sweat pants and naps. But instead of breaking down and staying in this little funk of a place i've been in i'm learning how to unwind and de-stress in order for a clearer mind and better health; both physically and mentally.


I start the morning off by laying in bed and quietly praying to God. I pray for the safety of my loved ones and I pray for him to show me the way to deal with the things on my heart. I pray to become the person he wants me to be.

Once I get up I throw on some sweats and a tee, I brush my teeth, throw my hair in a bun and put my wedding set on then I stop by my son's room to begin waking him up (he's a heavy sleeper just like his mama). Next I go downstairs and start making my son's lunch and my coffee in the quietness of the morning.

While my son showers I always read my She Reads Truth daily devotional while i'm drinking my coffee. It always gives me a sense of calm in the morning.

After I take my son to school, I come home and shower with some of my favorite products including Vitabath's body wash. They were so kind to send me a package filled with body washes that smell amazing and are super hydrating because they are loaded with vitamin benefits and natural oils and best of all, they're non-irritant.

I like to pick a scent of the day so there are no less than 20 products in my shower. My favorite is the Vanilla Bourbon. Somedays I feel the need for a little stress relief so the Spearmint and Thyme is what I grab. No matter what scent you pick you can't go wrong.

I love to do my hair and make up, too even if i'm only going to be home cleaning house and blogging because it always gives me a little boost and makes me feel so much better. Plus, who doesn't like feeling pretty?

After I do all that, I like to make out a "to do" list for the day. Starting my day by writing out everything that I need to get done and what's on my mind really sets the tone of the day. I'm a huge believer in getting things out of my head that's why I like to do a brain dump, too. A brain dump is where you write down everything on your mind. It can be such a relief to just clear your mind of clutter. Some of the things on the brain dump might be significant, others might just be enough to write them down and forget them.

Then I do a little housework and dinner preparation. Anyone who has a home occupied by people knows this is a never ending job. If you know how to keep a house clean for more than 10 minutes you are my hero and I need your tips.

After that I like to sit outside in the sunshine with an inspirational book or my lap top and read blog posts from other fellow bloggers. I'm learning to disconnect from all electronics for a while and just soak up all the sunshine and life around me.

After I get my son from school, we play outside at my parent's house for a couple hours, come home, cook dinner, clean some more then it's family time followed by time to relax before bed. Which sometimes means a bubble bath with my favorite Vitabath products.

I'm obsessed with skin care, that's no secret so when a box of Formula 10.0.6. products showed up at my front door I was beyond ecstatic. The box was packed full of colorful skin care bottles that made me want to take my make up off immediately and start washing my face.

This is so gentle on sensitive skin with it's ingredients such as cucumber, sea kelp, and chamomile.
Cucumber is soothing and cooling while Sea Kelp detoxifies and cleans your skin of impurities. Chamomile has a multitude of purposes, including reducing dark circles and moisturizing. They come together to make one amazing powerhouse of product. Micellar water is amazing for taking off your make up and taking care of those stubborn, clogged pores.

It's gentle enough to use around your eyes, making it my "go to" make up remover and face cleanser. It usually takes me a couple cotton balls to get my face totally make up free but it's the number one step to having fresh feeling, clean, glowing skin. Micellar water is part of my nightly routine for this reason. It's also great to use on a q-tip if you make a mistake while applying your make up. Simply wipe the q-tip across the flaw, re-apply your make up and you're good to go.

This foaming face cleanser is perfect for cleaning those facials oils away and leaving your face feeling refreshed, clean, and glowing.

A little something I learned about the ingredients in this product is that Passionfruit and Green Tea are like the Sprinkles and Frosting of skin care. Passionfruit reduces oiliness while Green Tea exfoliates and soothes. Making this product a dream come true.

This one lives in my shower for daily morning use. I love beginning with a fresh, glowing face and it makes my make up go on smoother.

This mud mask goes to work un-clogging pores, correcting a multitude of complexion problems. Strawberry and Rosemary eliminates impurities caused by pollutants and products while Yarrow clarifies skin and helps brighten dull complexion.

This one is my favorite of all the Mud Masks simply because I feel like my pores are one of my beauty flaws so anything I can get to help my pores is a winner. I also love the light strawberry scent. Formula 10.0.6's Mud Masks smell nothing like mud (and trust me, I've had other products that smelled like mud so bad that I just threw them away.)

Goji Berry + Green Coffee
Goji Berries are great antioxidants while Green Coffee Beans gently exfoliate. This little tube packs a 3 in 1 punch because it exfoliates, cleanses and washes away impurities. It is also great for promoting even skin tone (goodbye redness!) and reduces free radicals.

If you had to get any one Formula 10.0.6 product I would say this would be it. Although, once you try one product you'll want them all but this 3 in 1 really had you covered.


Deep Down Detox Ultra-Cleansing Mud Mask
Orange+Bergamont
Orange, Bergamot and Sea Salt work together to detoxify and diminish impurities in the skin. It really gets down deep and gets rid of impurities and toxins, making your skin clearer and brighter. Orange recharges, Sea Salt cleanses and Bergamont balances the skin making this product another power house.


What I love about all the Mud Masks is that they each serve a purpose. One is for Clarifying, one for Exfoliating and one is Ultra-Cleansing. Making them a perfect combination to use regularly to curse a whole host of skin flaws.

Peel Masks might just be one of my favorite things in the history of beauty products. It's so gross to peel them off your skin and see the dirt that comes with them but at the same time, I find them oddly enjoyable because I can see how clean my skin is getting.

Hello bright, glowing skin. Raspberry and Acai deliver a punch of antioxidants to help with flare ups and minimize pores. Two of my big concerns. I get a lot of flare ups this time of year because of pollen and allergies so it's been my "go to" lately but this product soothes and calms those problem areas and it's gentle enough to use around my eyes, where my flare ups happen.

This peel revitalizes tired, dull skin within minutes to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores and stop breakouts from happening. Papaya resurfaces skin while Citrus boosts brightness.

I have to be honest with y'all, when I got all my products out for this review I realized I haven't even opened this one yet so I can't give you an honest review of it yet and i'm kind of excited. I love all my Formula 10.0.6 products but it's kind of like finding a special treat tucked away.

Franck Provost J'amie My...Shampoo and Conditioner

Franck Provost is a hair care line based out of France that is currently being brought to the United States. It is currently in half of the Ulta stores nation wide.

It repairs damaged and brittle hair. I've been alternating this with my regular shampoo for the last month and can tell you that I am truly excited about this product. I have fine, thin hair but this product does wonders to add volume and bounce to my hair, as well as repair damage. I hope my Ulta sells this because i'll be buying more as soon as my bottles run out.
