Peaches and Willow Refresh

Hi Sweet Friends. Welcome back to my little slice of the internet. This little place has been my refuge for so long. It's been my happy place and the place where I come to type all the feelings out as I cry myself clean. It's a place where friendships have been born and other friendships have been renewed.




It's the only place in the entire world that I feel like is all mine and it's been on my heart a lot lately. As sweet as this little cozy place is, I have to say that it's not everything I want it to be. I want it to feel like a place where girlfriends gather with messy buns and coffee in hand as we get cozy and share the most vulnerable parts of our hearts; not just the confetti and cupcake filled moments. I want this to be a place where we come together and share the hard times, too and learn that even those moments are worthy of confetti and cupcakes. So Peaches and Willow is officially getting a new start on a fresher, deeper, more heartfelt moments and posts.


I'm not calling it a re-branding because I'm not selling anything. I'll call it a refresh though because that's what it is. This has been weighing heavily on my heart lately because, as open as I am, there are some vulnerable things that I don't always share here. It's not that i'm ashamed of them or not authentic with you; it's just that I have that Super Woman, "I'm going to handle this on my own", mentality and it's not always a good thing so from here forward i'm going to share the most intimate parts of my heart in hopes that someone else can read those words and simply say, "me too" and know that they are not alone. Of course these things will always be discussed with my husband first because he does read this little happy place of mine and because he's my best friend. Have you ever found out something important or tough about someone you love on the internet first? Yeah, that's not fun and that's not my goal here. My goal is to be authentic and inspiring and to rally together and inspire and help each other out. I want to create a my own cheering squad for the game of life so I'm asking you all to connect with each other and help each other along, too. I want to inspire every single one of us to become the person we need in our lives because odds are, someone here needs that person in their life, too.

So let's rally together and be THAT person. The one who inspires others and believes in each other. The person who sits next to the girl who is sitting alone. The person who says I love what you're doing. How can I help you? And the person who knows there's more to each of us than we let on. Let's share mimosa filled brunch dates, planning and inspiration sessions, and cozy coffee dates after yoga class. I want this space to be about US. About our hearts and souls and connections. I want it to be a place of raw emotions and open honesty. Most of all, I want it to be a place where we show up and help each other so share a comment with things you'd like to talk about here, topics you want me to post about and whatever is on your heart. I want this to be a place that's as much about you as it is me. Let's refresh Peaches and Willow together.
